Family Workshop

Become a prop maker in our fun family workshops at DEMBE Theatre as we imagine, design, make and create. 

Help us to decorate the foyer of the theatre for Tring Youth Theatre Project’s half term production of Fantastic Mr Fox.

We will be transforming the foyer into Mr Fox’s underground den and the bar area into a woodland picnic scene.

Come and get hands on and arty as we explore set and prop making using characters and themes from Roald Dahls wonderful story, using recycled materials, and a big dollop of imagination.

This family workshop is aimed at children aged 3-8 years.

The session lasts for 2 hours where you will be guided through the design and creation process, encouraged to let your imagination run wild, join in our very own woodland inspired picnic as we decorate our own biscuits, and join in our storytelling session.

Children must be accompanied by an adult (hot drinks are provided).

Workshop attendees will receive a code for discounted tickets to see the production.
