Berkhamsted Youth Theatre presents this theatrical retelling of the perennial children’s classic. In C.S. Lewis’s story, siblings Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy travel through an enchanted wardrobe to the magical world of Narnia, lying under the icy rule of the White Witch, who has banished hope and imposed eternal winter. With the return of the great lion Aslan, the children are drawn into a struggle between good and evil that tests their loyalty, courage, and faith. Guided by mythical creatures (brought to life by the magic of puppetry) and faced with difficult choices, they join Aslan in restoring freedom and harmony to the land, ultimately transforming themselves in the process.
